1 Definitions and Interpretation

2 Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility and Jurisdiction

4 Account Registration and Verification

Where duplicate accounts are identified, bet665 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any balances held within them, and void any pending wagers or bonus credits associated with those accounts.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances on bet665 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although bet665 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security purposes.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

6 Betting Rules and Wager Voidance

All wagers placed on bet665 are subject to the specific game rules and betting conditions applicable to the relevant game or event. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to game outcomes.

bet665 reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:

• The wager was placed using funds derived from fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal activity.
• A technical fault, software error, or human error resulted in incorrect odds, incorrect payouts, or otherwise materially affected the integrity of the wager.
• The player was found to have breached these Terms & Conditions at the time the wager was placed.
• The wager was placed in a manner designed to exploit a platform error, bonus misconfiguration, or pricing error.

Where a wager is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Voided wagers do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

7 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bet665 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms for that offer state otherwise:

• Standard wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus validity period: 30 calendar days from the date and time of issue. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet665 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the bet665 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place wagers.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to fund a bet665 account (money laundering).
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate payment transactions made to bet665.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

bet665 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or as part of a responsible gaming intervention. Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at bet665's discretion.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting bet665 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

10 Privacy, Data Protection, and Cookies

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bet665's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. bet665 will use reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

12 Governing Language and Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms (where applicable), the English version shall prevail. These Terms, together with the bet665 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bet665 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

It is the player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bet665 platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9.
